I was craving fish and decided to visit OB after more than 4 years of utter disappointment due to below zero customer service. Double wow for service I received today. The gentleman carried my bag to the table. My order was taken and delicious food brought to me. I wasn't disturbed whilst eating. The atmosphere was relaxed and calm, although it appeared to be busy. This wasn't your general customer service. I felt welcome. There was just the right amount of friendliness with impeccable professionalism. Giving thanks to all the staff for a real good experience.

Extremely fast and pleasant

We visit regularly mostly because it is such a pleasant dining experience. The staff is friendly and the service excellent. We wait nomore than 5 to 10 mins for our food, EVERY SINGLE TIME. No matter how full the restaurant is. And the food is always good. Well run establishment with competent staff and incomparable customer service.
