Seafood at Ocean Basket Time Square Casino

Wow, wow, wow! The service here? Top notch! We came to celebrate my mom’s birthday and decided to try a few dishes we hadn’t had before while waiting for the rest of our group to arrive. There was absolutely no rush, the food was freshly prepared, and although we waited a little, it was worth it. We had a waiter attending to us, but even the manager came by to check on us. From the moment we walked through the door until we left, we were welcomed and treated with so much warmth and respect. We visited midweek, so it wasn’t packed. The place was clean, the music was subtle, the noise levels were low, and the views? Beautiful! Everything about the atmosphere made it such a lovely experience. But what stood out to me the most was the way we were treated. There was no looking down on anyone or treating customers differently based on how they looked. Everyone was treated with the same respect and kindness, and honestly, that says a lot about a place and the people running it. The food, the views, the team, the atmosphere… everything came together so beautifully. This place is such a breath of fresh air. Good food is one thing, but being somewhere you feel genuinely welcome is another. I’d absolutely do it again. What a lovely experience! I will never forget this experience. It was the first time I celebrated my mother’s birthday LIKE that outside so it will forever be a memory to me and I’m glad this place made it a good one. Thank you TEAM at ocean basket menlyn main If I could share pictures I would I just don’t know how lol

We received the best service from our waiter Thadee. I enjoyed the food as well.

We had the best meal that we have ever had at any ocean basket at this venue. Waitress was fantastic and food was above average. Delicious, fresh and hot. Will definitely be back at this OB soon.
