Seafood at Ocean Basket Saxony Westwood

The food was good and received great service from my waiter Henry.

We had a wonderful family dinner. Food was great, accept for the sushi special, was abit dry. But next time, il just choose from the regular sushi menu. The Hostess, Masiha was exceptionally friendly and helpful, as she accommodated our large family group.

I dine out often and after many years have been truly impressed by exceptional service. I think that this could only be due to the hands on management of manager Maseeha and her team. Everything was prefect from a great meal to outstanding service . As someone who began his career as a waiter and own a company servicing the hospitality industry for the past 20 years , I can say that Ocean Basket at Westwood mall is one of the best restaurants in South Africa . We were also able to enjoy each other’s conversation while music was softly played at just the correct volume. Well done to Maseeha and team .

FOOD IS TASTY BUT, long wait for food despite being empty, service isn't the best and also they don't allow you to pair certain things as stated on the menu which other OB do.
