Had a lovely lunch this past Saturday. The food was really yum, and Andie, our waitress, was friendly, attentive and made us feel right at home. Great food and great service — we’ll definitely be back!

We went to Ocean Basket Port Alfred for my son's 21st birthday. Claire, the manager offered that I could drop off balloons and the cake beforehand, which I did. When we arrived a table was ready with the balloons and the cake. We ordered the February special (Valentine's) which was great value for money and so good! The waiter, Tylor, was most attentive and efficient as was Claire. Drinks arrived quickly as did the food. We had a great time! Thank you Claire and Tylor for going the extra mile and making the celebration special!

A good time with a warm welcome from our waiter Tyler. Honestly he made it a great time. Ive been to ocean baskets before in Johannesburg but i felt far better here today. The music wasnt too loud as it often is in other ocean baskets and we were checked on regularly, especually when some of the food was a little delayed.

Wow just a note to say that Gerald went above and beyond today. It was my dad's birthday and with us being in Cape Town, I called in and Gerald literally took over. They felt completely spoilt and treated and loved their evening. Gerald went above and beyond. Super impressed. 🙏🙏
