Agent, our waitron was very knowledgeable and a people's person. He made us feel special and was genuinely interested in us, asking if it was a special occasion, alerting us of any promotions, Pensioners discounts etc. Vibey place. Thanks for making our Sunday afternoon lunch memorable!

Cooper is the guy to look for when you come to OB Plattekloof! Amazing service , Very polite. Knows his menu. I mean..all the stuff .. with a warm smile . They make you wanna come back. I must also mention River- she's very friendly, as much as I was being served by someone else , she goes all the way to check if Im still good. *****

The service is always beyond exceptional. Food arrives warm and almost immediate arrival. All staff are attentive and will check in on customers, even the managers will be sent attending to tables . Food is beyond fresh, great potion sizes and is always tasty. I always choose to come to the Platterkloof branch as they always provide outstanding customer service. Not once have I had a bad experience in all my years of attending. Thank you team, keep up the great work!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We visited the restaurant at Table Bay Mall today, on two occasions whilst we were present the manager Wayne was reprimanding his staff, one of the examples was due to her using more milk than allowed. He made inappropriate comments that left his employees feeling visibly embarrassed. As an HC Partner it saddened me to hear how he treated his employees. Our waitress seemed to be very nervous during her interactions with us. Please offer him coaching /guidance on his approach when addressing employee issues or request HC to intervene. The food and service was great. Thank you.

This is one of cape town's (and south africas) gems. They specialise in fish of all kinds in a well managed and congenial environment.....and have been doing so for many years. They are consistently good value across a large range of dishes and extremely good value. Child friendly, clean, great friendly service and well presented delicious food
