Seafood at Ocean Basket Pavilion

Really excellent meal will e back again. Weest heree dry month. Waitress: April

Wonderful service from April, she has been such an gem during our dining

We had the previledge of being served by April, she was very helpful, kind and always made sure we got what we need.. A really polite young lady

I was served by the most friendliest waiter ever, Prince! Upon arrival I explained that I was in a rush and only had about 30 minutes to eat, but I was really craving seafood. Prince assured me, “I’ll get your food within 5 minutes,” and best believe I did! 😂👏🏽 My food came out so quickly, and it was still hot. The food was flavorful as always! I just wish there was a little more sauce 😭 — usually my prawns are drowning in sauce, which I LOVE! 😂🦐 Overall, I had a great experience. The food was delicious, the service was exceptional, and Prince really went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after, especially knowing I was in a rush. I always receive great service at Ocean Basket Pavilion, and Prince definitely made this visit even better. Thank you, Prince! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently had a disappointing experience at Ocean Basket Pavilion, but manager Andile completely turned things around. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference. He listened carefully, took responsibility, and handled everything with impressive efficiency. Thanks to Andile, what started as a frustrating visit ended on a positive note. Ocean Basket Pavilion is lucky to have a manager who truly values customers. Highly recommend his outstanding service! Thank you Andile and Ocean basket.
