Kaylene was our waiter and she was delightful and very professional and we didn't have to wait long to be served by her. 10 out of 10.

Despite the long line, it was definitely worth the wait. I was served by an amazing soul and her name is Jaydine also know as Captain Nemo. Oh what a beautiful service. The restaurant was full, she was all over but we were never forgotten. Thank you to Jaydine and Naz the operator. I'll definitely be BACK !!!

Ordered on the Ocean Basket app. Payment was confirmed but when I went to check the order history, the order was not there. Seems to be an app issue as the order did not get to the restaurant as well.

I highly recommend Ocean Basket, Muizenberg. The food was outstanding, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. I really suggest the Seafood Platter for 2. Hands down, some of the most delicious seafood on one platter. I want to thank Carson, our waitress for going above and beyond to ensure that our lunch experience was exceptional, along with Sharon (on duty manager) and the other staff. Their sincere welcome and excellent service made all the difference.They understood the cuisine, made excellent suggestions, and valued guest comments. Good ambiance and the service quality was truly exceptional, I can’t wait to visit again soon.
