Seafood at Ocean Basket Kloof Street

Thank you Ayanda, for your kind service, we had a nice evening!

It was our first time visiting this branch, and we had such a wonderful experience! Our waiter, Bongani (Black Mamba), provided exceptional service from start to finish. The food was absolutely incredible, and he went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were taken care of. He made us feel genuinely welcomed, engaged with us warmly, and really made our visit extra special. Excellent food and outstanding service — we’ll definitely be back! 🌟

A great place to be, we were served by Nathi and she was exceptional with great customer service.

I visited the Kloof Street branch for lunch yesterday, and once again, the experience was exceptional. I’ve reached the point where I always hope to have Zaynap as my waitress—she is truly the gold standard of service. Zaynap is much more than just efficient; she is a genuine asset to the business. She has a way of making every visit feel special with her consistency, warmth, and professionalism. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their craft. If you’re visiting this branch, do yourself a favor and ask for her table!

The food was really great. We hd the sea platter for one and salmon favourites for 1 person. We were served greatly from Black Mamba.
