Absolutely amazing service by our waitress Pearl. Her attention to detail, her mannerism and professionalism is worthy is this 5 star review. I have not met a waitress that puts so much of effort into their work and does it with such grace. This was my first time visiting this Ocean Basket and must say, best experience in here. This will be my regular spot now!

We had placed an order through Uber Eats but there were no drivers available😔 so we decided to call the restaurant to let them know that we would collect the order ourselves. When we arrived, my husband suggested that we rather sit down and enjoy our meal at the restaurant. The staff were incredibly accommodating. They plated our order and the manageress made sure our food was served hot. The service was warm, friendly, and professional, and it truly made a difference to our experience.It was also great to learn about the loyalty app and how we can order without paying extra 😃.Well done to Thabile and Oupa you guys were truly amazing thank you.

We did not appreciate how noisy and loud the staff were inside the establishment. It made it difficult for our party to hear each other when talking.

The management, the staff and the food was excellent. 2.From what we saw the entire team seem to be encouraging each other,there is really some shared vision between them to be the best.It makes such an unbelievable difference when you go somewhere and feel like the staff actually want to be there. 3.The manageress Thabile was very thoughtful and friendly and made a point to chat to each and every table.She made us feel truly welcomed and genuinely wanted us to have an amazing time. 4. Pearl our waitress was attentive and friendly. We really do commend the staff from this branch for loving their Job.The experience was really appreciated and you've just won yourselves loyal customers.

Amazing ambience and stunning ocean views. Food is exceptional for a brand new restaurant, have been coming here over and over again for the sushi and the seafood platters! Abraham served me everytime and made me feel at home.
