We always go here for the convenient factor. Close to home and the kids love the play area. However the last dining experience was sub-par. I ordered a combo, grilled prawn and calamari with a salad... Trying the "healthier" option. However the prawns and calamari was smothered in lemon butter sauce. Everything tasted the same. The calamari tubes was soooo tough and chewy. I almost wonder what are they hiding underneath all that sauce...? Really makes you think... When I raised my comment to the waiter, the response was... The grilled always comes with the sauce. Really? I've never had it that way before. I hope it's only this branch and not that all Ocean baskets are now covering their seafood in a lemon butter sauce... We want to taste the 'ocean in your basket'. He offered to 'remove' my sauce and put it back on the grill... Say what...? I ordered a separate top up hake & prawn without sauce... It was delicious! What is the point of offering a grilled option if you are going to cover it with butter. Come on... I would recommend serving the sauce separately in a small ramekin in the future. Just a recommendation... And something to think about.... Sorry... But we won't be back any time soon.

This branch is without a doubt the best one of all I've ever eaten at. It's clear that all the customers are happy and smiling and enjoying their food and service. We were a table of 6 enjoying a 3 course meal. The waiter was friendly, attended promptly and was very engaging. Highly empressed with the entire experience.
