Seafood at Ocean Basket Featherbrooke

Absolutely fantastic and great value for money. For seafood this remains our favourite places. The fish were perfectly prepared, portions were generous and the "can-do" attitude is a breath of fresh air! Highly recommend!

The place is nice but they need to make sure that the serving dishes are clean. Plus allow customers to use wifi

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sometimes it's the restaurants tucked away that end up giving you the best experience, and Ocean Basket Featherbrooke is exactly that. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like VIPs. The service was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. Our starters and mains arrived in under 20 minutes, which was perfect because we were absolutely starving! We even asked for extra bread, and it was brought to us straight away with a smile. What really stood out was how well the team looked after the restaurant. Not a single table was left unattended, and everything was cleaned and reset quickly for the next guests. You can really see the pride they take in both their service and their restaurant. A huge thank you to Nomsa, Trywell, and the entire Ocean Basket Featherbrooke team for making our visit such a fantastic one. We'll definitely be back!

Is a treat to pop in. Went for oysters and prawns. Alas, no oysters and castle light only 500ml cans. Other than that. Prawns divine and our server amazing.

The food was great but I think they could add more variety to their sushi for one as it lacked that variety but nonetheless the atmosphere is always great which it's also accompanied by great service...

Prawns are to die for, sole and kingklip also great. Nice seating but a little quiet. Never that busy.

First time ,that side of Johannesburg , what a hidden ocean basket ,surprised that it has only two reviews . A perfect setting, away from the hustle and bustle , excellent service , good food . Unfortunately it was windy ,so we couldn't sit outside .tried the potato rosti ,new on menu it was well flavored with the Tarama, olives ,tzatziki . Sharing platter for two , was excellent with the pink lemonade carafe and the liquid dessert
