Best service received by Menzi, truly! From the very moment we arrived. I thoroughly enjoyed being helped and guided throughout our experience at Ocean Basket Castle Gate. The Platter for 2 was well-prepared, and the cocktails were refreshing - double espressos perfect and presented very well.

Joyce, our waiter, was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. We got our food very quickly and it was delicious. Would recommend the Ocean Basket Castle Gate branch any time.

What a wonderful experience! Two of the waiters namely Joyce and Queenth are absolutely amazing always — attentive, friendly, and genuinely went out of their way to make us feel welcome and well taken care off every time we visit. What really stood out was the manager namely Jeff, who makes the effort to personally greet customers and have a real conversation, not just a quick check-in. That personal touch makes the experience feel special and memorable. Excellent service all around — we always return back without doubt
