I had such a lovely experience at Ocean Basket Carnival City, and I just had to mention Thando . She was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Her service was quick, and she checked in on us just the right amount without being overwhelming. You can really tell she takes pride in her work. Thank you, Thando , for making our visit so enjoyable. I would definitely come back again because of the great service!
