On our way to the Zebula Golf Estate we went for lunch at the Bela Bela mall in the Waterberg region. Seated outside in front of the restaurant we enjoyed our chenin blanc with a well-prepared shrimp tempura and a variety of maki prawn and nigiri tuna. All fresh and well prepared. Nice and friendly service and overall moderately priced.

Myself and 11 others attended this restaurant for lunch having driven there straight from Jo'Berg airport (and so hadnt booked). Staff were very welcoming and easily accommodated us having three tables in the outside covered area. Drinks were soon served and we were allowed ample time to drink chat and decide on our meals. While waiting, fresh mini bread rolls were served with 3 dips (garlic, chilli and flavoured mayo). Orders were soon taken and after another round of drinks, lunch was served. I had ordered the fish and chips (which comes with half chips/half rice) with a lemon sauce. Couldnt fault it - rice properly cooked, chips how I like them and as for the fish - it was really good. A friend had a plate of salmon sushi and couldnt fault it - it certainly looked good ! Not one of the 12 of us had a single complaint. If you like your fish, this is the place to go. Incidentally, we all went back 5 days later. This time I had a platter of prince prawns (with chips). Again, perfectly cooked and very tasty. Our whole party thoroughly enjoyed our second visit as much as the first. Price wise, we were blessed with the exchange rate being over 20 ZAR to the pound but even so, the prices are more than reasonable. Totally recommend this restaurant
