Seafood at Ocean Basket Ballito

Beautiful view and very friendly.

‪We came on holiday to Durban from England and we first came across Ocean Basket Ballito in December 2024 and we absolutely fell in love with the restaurant and now it’s on our to do list every year...‬

What a nice service by Simo

Best food and service! The staff was very polite and friendly. The food was fresh and well prepared. I would definitely recommend them.

I have not been to OB for a while and was really looking forward to it but sadly I felt deflated. We had one of the best tables in the house and we ordered the "Reel love platter". The fish was soggy and the chips dry, almost like it was under a warmer for a long time. The other thing is there rolls. They where very dence. Like dough with no raising agent. And then the music. They are totally unable to read the room. We where there about 2:30 in the afternoon. Most of the customers where over 50 and they where playing modern music. Nothing relaxing or that invites you to stay for something extra. Maybe next time I should try another OB.

Very good

Today was busy but the costumer service was the best😌

We had the best service ever. Will be back just because of Slindile
